What is free?

1,000 emails a month, API access and one custom sending domain. It does not expire and needs no card. See plans

Do you bill in rand?

Yes, every price is in South African rand. A send past your plan's monthly allowance is refused, not billed as overage.

Can I move over from Mailchimp or SendGrid?

Import your contacts, or collect new ones with a hosted signup form. Software that sends over SMTP, such as WordPress, WooCommerce or Odoo, can point at our relay at buzzzmail.co.za with an API key as the password. Compare pricing

Where is my data stored?

Outbound email goes through Amazon SES in eu-north-1 (Stockholm). Inbound email is received and stored in eu-west-1 (Ireland). The page lists every other provider and region. Where your data lives

What does POPIA mean for my contacts?

For the contacts you upload, you are the responsible party and Buzzz is your operator: we process them only on your instructions and do not sell them. The notice covers cross-border transfers, retention and your rights. Read the POPIA notice

Do you send SMS?

Yes, to South African phones, from the same account and contacts as your email. Paid plans include a monthly SMS allowance, and SMS packs add more; the pricing page has the current numbers.
