No. Create a free account and start sending without adding a card.
Sends beyond your plan's monthly allowance are refused rather than billed as overage, so you won't be charged extra without warning. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
Yes. Campaigns, segments, branching automations, A/B tests on subject line, content, or both, and timezone-aware delivery are available on every plan. What changes between plans is sending and contact limits, plus a handful of specific features listed in the comparison table above (advanced analytics, team members, data export, and similar).
Subscribed contacts and unconfirmed double opt-in signups count. Unsubscribed, bounced, and complained contacts don't: they can never be mailed again, so they're free to keep around for your records.
Open Billing in your dashboard settings to manage your subscription through our billing portal. Your account's limits and features update automatically once the change is processed.

Yes. Add SMS packs from Billing in your account settings: 250 SMS for R199, or 1,000 SMS for R690. Pack SMS add to this month's allowance, and any you don't use expire at the end of the month (UTC).
