Deliverability report
Every customer on Buzzz sends through the same shared infrastructure, so its reputation is a shared asset. These are the platform-wide delivery, hard-bounce and complaint rates for the last six complete calendar months, computed across every organization (no single organization's numbers are shown or identifiable here).
Delivered is the share of sends that did not hard-bounce (a permanent failure: an address that doesn't exist, a domain that rejects mail outright); it is not a delivery-confirmation receipt. Hard-bounce rate and complaint rate are the same measures we hold every customer to: we warn an organization at 2.0% hard bounces or 0.05% complaints, and pause its email sending at 4.0% or 0.08%, both below the levels at which AWS reviews the shared sending account.
